Bulgogi is slices of marinated babecued beef seasoned with soy sauce and sugar which gives a mild and sweet taste.The literal meaning of Bulgogi is “fire meat” and therefore roasted over fire. It is one of the most famous dishies with Kimch great taste.

kalbi generally refers to a variety of Gui or grilled dishes in Korean cuisine that is made with marinated beef short ribs in a soy-based sauce, Kalbi literally means "rib" and can often indicate uncooked ribs. In addition, the dish's full name is Kalbi gui.
